  2. Add cubed cut potatoes, water, and instant creamy chicken soup packet.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer in a covered pot until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in melted cheese.
  5. Garnish with some green onions.
  6. Serve hot and steamy!
