Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst in the Growth Department at Savyour, you will play a crucial role in driving data-informed decision-making and contributing to the company's growth strategies. By leveraging your expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling, you will provide valuable insights to optimize marketing campaigns, user acquisition and customer retention efforts.

What you’ll do

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Provide continuous support to designated teams by converting complex data and findings into understandable visuals and concrete data-driven insights.
• Be part of the effort to improve our reporting regimen.
• Run regular data integrity audits to ensure data quality by providing regular updates on the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
• Work closely with Marketers, Software Engineers, and Stakeholders to create a holistic approach that can impact business decisions.
• Combine analytical expertise and business insight to answer critical business questions and opportunities, delivering critical insights to the firm’s business in significant ways.
• Utilize advanced segmentation techniques to identify user cohorts and personalize user experiences to enhance retention and loyalty.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• 2-3 years of working experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong command of Excel, SQL, and programming languages such as Python/R.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of machine learning, model development, and evaluation
• Knowledge and experience with online marketing tools are a strong plus.
• Experience working with analytics tools such as mix panel and Google analytics is a plus point.
• Excellent and clear communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
