As a Creative Manager in the Creative Department at Savyour, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the creative process and output of the department. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative and impactful creative solutions that align with the brand's vision and marketing objectives. Your role will involve managing a team of creative professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs and maintaining consistency across various channels. What you’ll do

  • Lead and manage a team of creative professionals providing guidance, mentorship and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.
  • Oversee the creative process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring all creative outputs are visually appealing, on-brand and aligned with the marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product and UX/UI to understand project requirements and provide creative insights and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity and style guidelines, ensuring consistency across all creative materials and channels.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously setting priorities, establishing timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct regular creative reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creativity.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Marketing/Media Science or similar field.
  • 8-9 years of working experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a creative team, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in visual design principles, including layout, typography, color theory and composition.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a brand's visual identity, style guidelines and consistency across various channels.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to set priorities, establish timelines and manage resources effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • Ability to provide creative direction, constructive feedback, and guidance to the creative team to deliver high-quality designs.
