As the Commercial Lead – Fashion & Beauty at Savyour, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Fashion & beauty category by leading a team of commercial executives. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with fashion & beauty businesses, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring the successful onboarding of clients onto the Savyour’s platform. Your expertise in the fashion & beauty industry and leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets and expanding our network.

What you’ll do

  • Manage a team of commercial executives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in meeting targets and driving business growth.
  • Identify and prioritize potential fashion & beauty businesses for partnership based on market analysis, customer demand and strategic goals.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, contract terms and commission structures to ensure mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships.
  • Conduct regular meetings, performance and business reviews with partners to assess performance, address concerns and explore growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new fashion & beauty partners including account setup, product integration and training.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as revenue, partner engagement and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in business development, account management or sales preferably in the fashion & beauty
  • Must have a self-transport facility for planned visits/meetings.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the fashion & beauty industry, including key players, trends, and market dynamics.
