As a Growth Executive at Savyour, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our platform. You will work closely with the Growth team to develop and implement effective strategies to acquire and retain users, increase engagement, and optimize conversion rates. Your role will involve analyzing data, conducting market research, and executing growth initiatives to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the overall success of the company.  

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with the Growth team to develop and execute growth strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Conduct research and analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement and monitor data-driven experiments and A/B tests to optimize user acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Drive user engagement and activation through targeted campaigns, referral programs, and personalized communication.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to drive decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure a seamless user experience and drive growth initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies to enhance growth strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Marketing or a similar field.
  • 2-3 years of working in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) to manage campaigns and customer journeys.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in growth hacking techniques, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms to extract insights and drive decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
