As a Community Management Senior Executive at Savyour, you will be responsible for community marketing expert to deliver exceptional content across multiple social channels to help increase both brands’ awareness and impressions in the prospective user segment, maximizing the opportunity that rapid evolution in social trends presents. Must have hands-on experience of Community marketing and must be aware of all community guidelines.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and oversee the company's social media community on Facebook as well as engaging with external communities which cater to the right audiences.
  • Implement social media and community strategy to engage with customers and build positive brand awareness.
  • Create and publish engaging content with the help of content and design team that aligns with the brand guidelines and campaign needs.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Do Trend Spotting on social media and devise strategy and calendar.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to support broad marketing and business goals.
  • Analyze social media metrics and keep track of social media/community KPI’s
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and implement them into our social media strategy.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or community management.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the strong attention to details.
  • Passionate for community building on social media.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content with respect to new trends.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple channels and teams.
