Senior SQA Engineer – Automation

  As Senior SQA Automation Engineer at Savyour, you will be responsible for leading and managing the automation testing efforts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define testing strategies, develop test frameworks, and oversee the execution of automated tests. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in automation testing, and a deep understanding of software development processes. What you’ll do

• Define and implement automation testing strategies, frameworks and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective testing of software applications.
• Develop test plans, test cases and test scripts for automated testing.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing automation frameworks for improved test coverage, scalability, and efficiency.
• Build, Manage and Execute automated test suites to exercise our software to verify the growing feature sets and customer requirements.
• Automate tasks through the creation and maintenance of scripts and tools.
• Develop functional stress and systemic level test suites and test infrastructure in manual and automated ways to measure coverage.
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to reproduce and troubleshoot defects.
• Monitor test execution progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 4 years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 3 years of experience in automation testing.
• 5 years of experience in Selenium, TestNG framework, Cucumber/BDD / Cypress/
• 3 years of experience in Java/ Python/ JavaScript Programming, Framework Development experience, Web Applications, and API Testing, Knowledge of Test frameworks, Build and Version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, TFS, GIT).
• Hands-on experience in test infrastructure/test suite development
