It is combined with herbs which give it a distinct flavoring. The only downside is that it has no beef variants.

Midamar Beef Pastrami

Midamar Beef Pastrami comes in a beef variant only. This gives beef the option to play around in my kitchen. Although, these are not widely available and provide no additives information.
