What we don’t like

  • The price is a little expensive.

In the mood for a family outing? Sometimes, to bond as a family, we all need a comfortable, peaceful setting and some delicious food. All of that is available at Cafe Qabail.

It’s the ultimate example of a desi extravaganza. The menu features a variety of local dishes and comprises filling and guilt-free options, so you won’t feel too bad about eating them. It’s up to you.

So, if you are planning for a dinner with family, it’s an absolute must-go for foodies.

We dined on Afghani Pulao, Afghani Boti,  Beef  Seeekh Kebabs, and Russian Salad because my wife loves it. The meat in the Afghani Pulao was cooked to perfection and was so delicious. To give the Pulao a genuine flavor, raisins and carrots were added.

Afghani Boti was also fully tender, but it could have had more flavor. My taste buds found it to be somewhat unique. Smoky and delicious Beef Seekh Kebabs were also served. They were enhanced due to the special chutney, which was also served with them. Although Russian Salad is a straightforward dish, not every restaurant makes it correctly. Suffice it to say, Cafe Qabail did the dish justice.

Here, everything worked out well. We finished off with a delicious peach colada. With a dollop of fresh cream on top, the perfect combination of all the ingredients.

Disclaimer: The prices quoted below are subject to change.

I went there with my family and we ordered the items listed below; for your assistance, I’ve included the price list.

  • Afghani Pulao (Beef): PKR 600
  • Afghani Boti: PKR 970
  • Russian Salad: PKR 450
  • Peach Colada: PKR 380

Despite being somewhat expensive, the food’s taste and quantity make up for the price. Everything was delicious and filling.

The Cafe Qabail staff offered first-rate assistance. The service was quick and timely and the servers were polite. No matter how often I asked, I could always get what I needed. The parking, however, was chaos.

I thought the Cafe Qabail had a fun and casual vibe. There were indoor and outdoor seating areas in the spacious restaurant. As they set up takhts so you could sit and relax with family, the seating arrangement was excessively traditional.

The interior design of the rooms was classically Pakistani. The atmosphere in general was enjoyable. They also construct wheelchair ramps in restaurants for older adults and provide wheelchairs.

Honorable Mentions:

You can try their wide assortment of Karahi and Handi dishes. They have good taste as well. Additionally, they offer Chinese food. For a family night out, you have plenty of cuisine options at your disposal.

Final Verdict:

Overall, it’s worthwhile to eat at a decent, spotless restaurant with appropriate seating and prices that reflect the quantity and caliber of the food. Even so, they offer wheelchairs themselves as well as wheelchair ramps. thus, nobody was left behind.  People wishing to spend quality time with their loved ones are constantly recommending Cafe Qabail.
