As I strolled through the food court of Dolmen City Mall, my friend’s suggestion to try the pasta at Cosmopolitan caught my attention, and oh, how grateful I am for that suggestion. Standing out as a restaurant can be a daunting task amidst a sea of food vendors, but Cosmopolitan does it beautifully! This review aims to capture the essence of what makes Cosmopolitan such a magical place to dine.

As I settled into my seat at Cosmopolitan, my eyes scanned the menu with eager anticipation. Unable to resist the lure, I found myself succumbing to the allure of the Tabasco Spiked Penne Pasta. When it arrived, the aroma alone was enough to make my mouth water. 

The al dente penne, lovingly coated in a sauce kissed by Tabasco, delivered a punch of heat and tang. The succulent chicken, tender and juicy, mingled harmoniously with the fiery sauce, creating a delectable marriage of textures and tastes. 

As a lover of all things spicy, I was in heaven with every bite. It was a dish that paid homage to Tabasco lovers, an ode to those who seek a fiery passion in their pasta.

But the journey did not end there. Next, I ventured into the summery realm of the Chili Garlic Prawn Pasta with Rocket and Feta. The plump and succulent prawns, bathed in a delicate blend of chili and garlic, provided a burst of freshness that transported me to sun-kissed shores.

During my visit, which happened to be on a weekday afternoon, the food court was not overcrowded, allowing for a relaxed and unhurried atmosphere. I appreciated the absence of excessive noise and crowd, which allowed me to engage in conversation without any distractions or difficulty.

And then, it was time for dessert. The Rich Chocolate Gateau beckoned to me from the menu, promising to be a decadent finale. When it arrived, my heart skipped a beat. The sight of the flourless, gooey chocolate cake was a feast for my eyes, its velvety texture and deep, dark color exuding pure temptation. With a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream delicately placed beside it, I knew I was about to embark on a blissful encounter.
