With sheer enthusiasm, I embarked on my pizza pilgrimage, and there it was, the Chicken Shawarma – the furthest thing from a classic, safe choice, especially for a pizza. It wasn’t even a debate after that, the Chicken Shawarma was what I wanted, and the Chicken Shawarma was what I got.

As I brought the first slice to my lips, the tantalizing aroma of the delicately marinated chicken shawarma filled the air, swirling around me in a hypnotic dance. The crust, kissed by the oven’s heat, boasted a captivating golden hue. I took my first bite, and my taste buds erupted in a joyous celebration. The tender chicken shawarma, intricately spiced and marinated, effortlessly melted in my mouth. 

While chewing, the caramelized onions, with their natural sweetness were accentuated by the heat of the oven, adding a delicate complementary crunch to the succulent chicken perfectly. The vibrant green peppers added a fresh and vibrant element, providing a delightful contrast to the savory notes.

And then, the green olives! Like hidden gems, they emerged with a burst of briny tang, surprising and delighting. Their playful presence added a layer of complexity to the pizza. But oh, the cheese! Stretching and oozing with irresistible creaminess, it blanketed the toppings in a comforting embrace. Finally, the sauce. A drizzle of pure enchantment. Its tangy yet zesty notes intertwined with every component, binding the flavors together in a harmonious crescendo of taste. The final stroke of genius elevated the pizza from ordinary to extraordinary.

Price: Affordable Awesomeness

As I read the menu, my wallet trembled with fear, anticipating a hefty bill. However, to my sheer delight, the prices were refreshingly economical compared to other pizza places in the city. Check out the prices below:

Sadly, the waiters seemed ill-equipped to handle customers, lacking the necessary training and knowledge of the menu. As I eagerly awaited my 9” inch pizza, precious minutes ticked away, eventually stretching into a daunting 50-minute wait. The inefficiency was disheartening, to say the least.

In hopes of a smoother experience, I decided to give Day Night Pizza’s delivery service a chance. However, my expectations were dashed as I encountered a mediocre performance at best. The delivery failed to impress, repeatedly canceling my order and leaving me yearning for more promptness and professionalism.

Though it pains me to admit it, Day Night Pizza’s service requires massive improvements. I truly hope they take these shortcomings as an opportunity for growth and strive towards providing a  seamless and satisfying experience for the valued customers.

However, a glimmer of hope is still present in the form of the FoodPanda delivery option. It is miles better. Do give that a try!

Ambience: Satisfactory

Day Night Pizza’s atmosphere struck a balance between unassuming and inviting. The small yet clean restaurant created an intimate setting, ideal for seeking a cozy meal. However, the charm waned when I visited the washrooms. Disappointingly, they were not as clean as expected, and the absence of soap left me resorting to hand sanitizer. It was a minor setback to an otherwise pleasant experience.

Despite this flaw, Day Night Pizza remains a suitable spot for families, where the simplicity of the ambience offers a comforting backdrop for sharing delightful moments and enjoying their tasty offerings.
