Flora De Joie by Sapphire: Childhood Revived

There’s something about the scent that just draws me in. It’s like a magnet, pulling me closer and closer until I can’t resist it any longer. That’s the case with this Summer perfume, Flora De Joie by Sapphire.

Nostalgic Notes!

This perfume is like a trip down memory lane, transporting me back to those wonderful moments with my mom. As I smell the sweet peony and shinus molle on the top note I can’t help but feel a sense of nostalgia. The lychee, pomegranate, and pineapple fruits in the top notes take me back to my childhood when mom would take me grocery shopping. 

We would have so much fun picking out my favorite fruits for fruit salad. While my mother used to laugh at watching my love for the pineapple as it was the apple of my eye. Those memories are precious to me, and I cherish them dearly. 

The base notes have sandalwood, tea leaves, precious woods, and white musk that is slightly earthy but provides a softness to this scent that balances it out. As it is a handmade artisan EDP, that makes it long-lasting and the perfect one for wearing on hot Summer days.

Notes Apart!

The only downside is that the light orange bottle is not crystal clear, so I can’t see how much perfume is left. I don’t like the box as it looks too boring. But those are minor details in my opinion. Not only does the affordable price tag make it easy on my wallet, but I also don’t have to sacrifice quality for quantity.
