Food: A Swirl Of Flavors
The Maghaz Nihari was rich and flavourful. The curry was thick and hearty. A perfect balance of spices made it neither too spicy nor too bland. The beef brain cooked perfectly – tender and easy to eat.
The Chicken Biryani at Javed Nihari was mouth-watering. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the rice was fluffy and fragrant. The spices and herbs in the dish gave it a unique flavor that left me wanting more.
The Taftan soaked up all the delicious flavors of the dish.
The Rabri was a great dish! It had a rich, creamy texture with the perfect level of sweetness. The meal filled me up and left me feeling satisfied.

I went with my cousins to have dinner. There were 5 of us in total. Our cumulative order was:
- Maghaz Nihari (Full): PKR 1000
- Chicken Biryani (3): PKR 200/plate
- Taftan(10): PKR 100
- Rabri (Half): PKR 400
The total cost of our order came to PKR 2100. The price was quite reasonable, especially given the quantity and quality of the food. My cousins agreed with me, and we all left satisfied with our meal.
The service at Javed Nihari was prompt and efficient. The server took our order quickly and the food arrived soon after. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Overall, we had a great experience!
Ambiance: Great Place To Hang Out
The restaurant was pretty busy when we visited but it wasn’t too noisy or cramped. We could converse without feeling like we were shouting over the noise. The atmosphere was comfortable.
You don’t have to dress up to enjoy a good meal here. The ambiance is casual and relaxed. This makes it perfect for family-friendly restaurants. Plus, there’s plenty of parking available!
The restaurant is clean and well-lit. There is ample seating so you can immediately go to a table.
Honorable Mentions: Mouth-Watering
Javed Nihari’s Daal Gosht is an aromatic, filling dish that will leave you wanting more. The beef is cooked until it practically melts in your mouth, and the gravy surrounding it is both thick and savory.
Delicious green lentils are added for creaminess and texture, and the whole meal is topped with fresh cilantro for extra flavor. All the ingredients come together perfectly in this delectable dish worthy of being ordered repeatedly!
At Javed Nihari, you’ll be able to order a filling meal that’s also flavorful. The food is top-notch, and so is the service! You’re bound to find something tasty on the menu whether you love Nihari, Biryani, or something else.
