Ingredients:
- 3 cup kheer mix
- 1 can sweeten condensed milk
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
- 8 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp rose water (optional)
Method:
- Add the kheer mix to a pot with 1 and 1/2 cups of water. Bring it to a boil, reduce the heat to a low flame and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add condensed milk, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, and milk to a pan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to a low flame and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cooked rice and sugar to the pan and stir gently until all of the ingredients are combined.
- Cook for 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
- Put a few drops of rose water (if using) and remove from the heat.
- Serve immediately or store in a fridge for later use
