I’m The King of The World: Review of Maharaja Restaurant

Food: Zesty and Tangy

The Sultan Shahi Beef Kabab at Maharaja Restaurant is a must-try dish! The beef was perfectly cooked, and the spices used gave it a flavorful kick that made it irresistible. A delicious mint chutney was served with the kebabs, taking them to the next level. 

Trust me; you won’t be able to stop at just one!

Maharaja Mughlai Tikka was a mouth-watering dish. It made my taste buds water! It was a chicken dish marinated in yogurt and spices and then grilled to perfection. The result was a juicy, tender, flavorful piece of chicken. Whether you order it alone or as part of a feast, Maharaja Mughlai Tikka is sure to please.

The Kalonji Naan at Maharaja was simply divine. The flatbread was soft and fluffy, and the kalonji (black caraway) spices gave it a nice, subtle flavor. It was the perfect accompaniment to the restaurant’s kebabs and tikkas. I must say, it was one of the best BBQ experiences I’ve had in Karachi – the taste was absolutely delightful!

It was a BBQ wonderland, I could eat it every day!

I went with my friends to Maharaja Restaurant and there were 3 of us in total. Our cumulative order was:

• Sultan Shahi Beef Kabab: PKR 899
• Maharaja Mughlai Tikka: PKR 1199
• Kalonji Naan (8): PKR 80

For 3 people, the total cost was quite reasonable considering the quantity and quality of food we ordered. The kebabs & the tikka were both cooked perfectly and were juicy. The naan was also fresh and had a nice texture.

Service: Hospitable

The service at Maharaja is excellent. Our waiter was attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. He was polite and hospitable and even offered us some recommendations on what to order. 

I definitely didn’t have any complaints!
