What we don’t like

  • No ultra-wide lenses
  • Only one speaker
  • A bit expensive

I unboxed and reviewed the new Oppo F21 Pro! All of its features were tested.

It’s a fantastic phone with many features, perfect for anyone who wants a powerful device without spending extra bucks.

It has a 6.41-inch display, so it’s perfect for watching videos or playing games. Plus, the camera is excellent! You can take great photos with it. I love that the phone has a large battery – it lasts all day without needing to be charged. The best part is that it comes unlocked, so I can use it with any carrier I want.

Display – Sleek & Modern

I am ecstatic to get the opportunity to review the OPPO F21 Pro. I’d read many great things about it and wanted to see if it lived up to the hype. The 6.43-inch AMOLED display is vigorous, and the 90Hz refresh rate makes for a smooth and responsive experience.

The phone is lightweight at just 175 grams, making it easy to carry around. And despite being a budget device, the F21 Pro still has IPX4 water resistance.

Camera – Top-Notch

The Oppo F21 Pro is a reliable smartphone, especially regarding its camera capabilities.

The primary camera is a triple camera setup consisting of a 64 MP sensor, a 2 MP depth sensor, and a 2 MP macro sensor. The camera includes LED flash, HDR, panorama mode, and 1080p video recording at 30fps. It allows you to be versatile whenever you take photos, as it switches seamlessly between different sensors, depending on the subject you’re trying to capture.

As for the selfie camera, it’s a single 32 MP sensor with an f/2.4 aperture and 24mm focal length. In addition, it has panorama mode and HDR capabilities and can record 1080p video at 30fps.

The triple camera setup is fantastic, and the videos look super sharp. I’m also impressed with the selfie camera – it takes great photos, even in low light.

Network & Connectivity – Above Average

The OPPO F21 Pro smartphone is a terrific option for anyone who needs optimal connectivity. With Wi-Fi 802.11 and Bluetooth 5.1, you can connect to various devices and accessories. The phone also includes GPS, so you can use apps and services while traveling.

Regarding storage, the OPPO F21 Pro comes with USB Type-C 2.0 and USB On-The-Go support, meaning you can store tons of files and data without any issues.

Performance – Quite Firm

The phone has good performance overall. The Qualcomm SM6225 Snapdragon 680 4G chipset is much better than I initially thought, and the average Octa-core CPU paired with the Adreno 610 GPU makes it great for gaming.

The octa-core processor also means that it can handle multitasking with ease.

Battery – At Par with Competition

The battery life is excellent – I can quickly get through a day of heavy use without a recharge, and even if I need to top up, the fast charging is convenient. You may charge the battery from empty to full in just 60 minutes using the included 33W charger.

I also like the reverse charging feature, which means I can use my phone to charge other devices if needed. It is helpful if you’re in a rush and need to quickly restore some phone battery power.

Operating System – Trouble-Free

For me, this is the best part of the mobile. The OS in Oppo F21 Pro is the best there is! Under PKR 70K, of course.

It’s running Android 12 with ColorOS 12.1, which is smooth and user-friendly. Many customization options are available, with everything easy to find and use.

Final Verdict

The OPPO F21 Pro is an excellent phone with many features, such as facial recognition and fast charging. The camera is also perfect, and I appreciate that it includes three cameras instead of only two.

This device, however, has some drawbacks as well. First and foremost, it is expensive. Second, the battery life could be longer. Thirdly, there isn’t a headphone jack (one on the left).

Despite these flaws, I believe that the OPPO F21 Pro is an excellent smartphone and would recommend it to anybody searching for a new phone.
