What we don’t like

  • The ambiance could be improved
  • The menu could be more extensive

If you’re looking for a delicious and affordable BBQ and Rolls option in Karachi, look no further than Silver Spoon Snacks! This local spot offers a variety of traditional Pakistani snacks that are sure to tantalize your taste buds.

From BBQ to Continental to Chinese, there’s something for everyone at Silver Spoon Snacks. And the best part is that all of their snacks are priced extremely reasonably.

So if you’re ever in the mood for a quick snack, be sure to check out Silver Spoon Snacks!

Location: Prime Spot

Being on Tariq Road is a plus point for Silver Spoon Snacks because it is one of the busiest roads in Karachi. This means that there is a lot of foot traffic and people are always on the move.

This makes it easier for people to grab a quick bite from Silver Spoon Snacks. The location is also convenient for people who work in the nearby offices and businesses.

Food: Fine

The Chicken and Beef Rolls were both delectable, with the fantastic mayo garlic sauce being the standout. The meat in the Beef Roll, on the other hand, was a little underdone. The Malai Boti Roll was dry and lacked any sauce, making it difficult to eat.

The Chicken Tikka was delicious in terms of taste, and the portion size was also satisfactory. The Reshmi Kabab had a good quantity as well, but it too was dry.

The Raita would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the overwhelming sour taste.

The Paratha was light, but we were expecting a Poori Paratha, not a Tawa Paratha. The Parathas were also quite average in size. Therefore, we had to order them a second time.

Despite a few small hiccups, overall I was satisfied.

Price: Fair-Minded

Disclaimer: The prices quoted below are subject to change.

I ordered the following items:

  • Chicken Mayo Garlic Roll: PKR 180
  • Beef Mayo Garlic Roll: PKR 190
  • Malai Boti Roll: PKR 190
  • Chicken Tikka: PKR 390
  • Reshmi Kabab: PKR 370
  • Raita: PKR 50
  • Paratha: PKR 30

Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food.

Service: Convincing

The service was quite fast, and the food arrived in 20 minutes.  The staff was also friendly, which makes the overall dining experience quite pleasant

Ambiance: Average

The ambiance at silver spoon was a bit too cramped and stuffy for my taste. it was not very spacious, so it might feel a bit restricted if dining with a large group.

The lights were dim, which created a bit of an intimate atmosphere.

However, the air conditioning was on point, and the restaurant’s overall cleanliness made it feel very upscale. there was sofa seating which was very comfortable.

Gentry: Best For Everyone

Silver Spoon seemed to be targeting mostly the middle class. I would not recommend this restaurant for a family dinner, but it was a great spot for a group of friends or for a night out with the guys.

Honorary Mention:

When you hit the silver spoon, do try the following:

The Club Sandwich:

A Silver Spoon Snacks original, the Club Sandwich has been a popular choice since the very beginning. Packed with juicy chicken, fresh tomato and cucumber, and crispy bacon, it’s no wonder this sandwich is still a fan favorite today.

Karahi Chicken:

Another classic dish from Silver Spoon Snacks, Karahi Chicken is a mouth-watering mix of spices, chicken, and tomatoes that’s sure to please any palate. This dish is often served with naan, making it a perfect meal for any time of day.

Final Verdict:

If you’re looking for a delicious and affordable BBQ and Rolls option in Karachi, look no further than Silver Spoon Snacks! This local spot offers a variety of traditional Pakistani snacks that are sure to tantalize your taste buds.

Just be warned that it can get a bit cramped inside, so it might not be the best place for a large group.

But, I had a great experience at Silver Spoon Snacks!
